By downloading, accessing, or using the FairwayIQ application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are also solely responsible for the accuracy of any scores, course data, and player information you enter into the application.

3. Beta Software Disclaimer

No Warranty

FairwayIQ is currently provided as Beta software. The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of course yardages, par values, or calculated statistics. Always verify your official scores with your local club or handicap authority.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Attempt to hack, destabilize, or reverse engineer the application.
Input malicious data or spam into the course database.

5. Future Subscriptions

While FairwayIQ Beta is currently free, we reserve the right to introduce premium subscription tiers for advanced features in the future. You will be notified prior to any mandatory billing changes.
