How to permanently delete your FairwayIQ data.
Self-Service Deletion (Recommended)
The fastest and most secure way to delete your account is directly within the FairwayIQ mobile app. This ensures your identity is verified.

Open the FairwayIQ app and log in.

Navigate to the Profile tab.

Tap Delete Account at the bottom of the screen.

Type the confirmation phrase to permanently erase your data.
What happens when I delete my account?
- Your authentication identity (email and password) is permanently erased from our system.
- All of your historical rounds, scores, and statistics are permanently deleted.
- All custom players and unfinished courses associated strictly with your account are deleted.
- This action cannot be undone. We cannot recover a deleted account.
Manual Deletion Request
If you no longer have access to the app or prefer we handle the deletion manually, you can email our support team. Please send an email from the address associated with your FairwayIQ account.
